We greatly appreciate the trust of our Eastern European customers in our company. The three station thermoforming machine previously ordered from our company has now been produced and the mold has been debugged, ready to be sent to the customer's factory.

The forming layout of this equipment is 680 * 450MM, with a total of three workstations for forming, cutting, and stacking. Equipped with egg tray molds, the fastest speed can reach up to 40 molds per minute. And the configuration of this device adopts well-known brands from around the world, such as ELSTEIN from Germany, Siemens from Germany, Schneider from France, and other electrical appliances. The whole machine is equipped with a total of 6 Siemens servo motors from Germany, with two 7KW servo motors for forming and cutting stations, and 3.5KW servo motors for sheet feeding and stacking. Using servo motors for driving not only improves production efficiency but also enhances product accuracy.

Due to the customer's native language being Spanish, we have incorporated Spanish into the program of the thermoforming machine. Customers can easily convert Chinese to Spanish through the touch screen, making subsequent operations more convenient. After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, our company will send engineers to install and debug it, and guide the customer in operating and maintaining the machine. If the customer does not have a large number of molds, our engineers can input the production parameters into the program and save them after debugging

The next time the customer runs the equipment, they only need to start it with one click, and the machine can start fully automatic production without adjusting parameters such as temperature and stroke again.

In subsequent production, customers should operate the equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions and regularly lubricate the machine to ensure that important components are not damaged during the production process. Sinoplast also provides parts replacement services. If any component of the device is damaged due to non-human factors, we will send the customer a brand new set of accessories for replacement.
