In 2024, we launched a new generation of plastic cup machines equipped with three servo motors located in the feeding , Stretch and Lower Mold Movement. The machine is divided into three different molding layouts: 760 * 320mm, 760 * 450mm, and 760 * 540mm. The power of the servo motor varies depending on the molding layout; for example, the Lower Mold Movement of the 760 * 320mm layout is equipped with a 15KW servo motor, while the Lower Mold Movement of the 760 * 540mm layout has a 20KW servo motor, as larger forming layouts require greater motor power.

We not only changed the original ordinary motor drive to servo motor drive, but also changed the mechanical structure of the plastic cup thermoforming machine from the original cam common rail to an eccentric wheel. The use of this mechanical structure can not only improve the service life of the machinery, but also be more stable during high-speed operation.

Usage: Fully-Automatic Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine is used to produce disposable water drinking cups, ice-cream cups, disposable cup/bowl for yogurt, lids, dishes, plates and etc.

The stretching plug inside of the upper mould is controlled by Servo Motor.

The sheet feeding is controlled by Servo Motor with encode .

Adopts Four pillars to fix the mould, more stable.

The upper mould is fixed and the under movement is driven by Servo Motor.

Each area temperature is controlled by one Temperature controller

All processing steps (sheet feeding,heating , stretching , forming , in-mould cutting ) are full-automatic.

Machine frame adopts Square steel, more stronger and steady.

One machine can produce different kinds of products with different moulds.

The operation is controlled by PLC & Touch Screen
