The application of plastic cup thermoforming machine is mainly to produce disposable plastic cups, bowls, lids, plates and other products. Commonly used materials include PP, PET, PS, etc. PP is mainly suitable for making plastic cups and bowls because it has good heat resistance and can hold exothermic liquids; PET is suitable for making cold drink cups because it softens when heated and releases toxic substances.

The molding layout of the plastic cup making machine: Our equipment is divided into three molding layouts: 760 * 320MM 760 * 450MM 760 * 540MM. Each customer can choose according to their demand for production volume. When there is a high demand for production, equipment with a 760 * 540MM molding layout can be chosen, because the larger the molding layout, the more mold cavities can be produced in the plastic cup making machine. For example, if you want to make a cup with a diameter of 90mm, the number of cavities in the mold is 12 when using a 760 * 320MM molding layout equipment, and 46 cavities when using a 760 * 540MM molding layout equipment. Therefore, the output of the equipment using a 760 * 540MM molding layout will be higher. Of course, this also depends on factors such as the depth and material of the cup.
