Sinoplast Two Plastic Cup Making Machines Have Been Packaged And Are Ready To Be Sent To The Customer's Factory

The two plastic cup making machines ordered by our customer on September 20, 2024 have been produced and are ready to be sent to the customer's factory for production. These two machines have a forming layout of 760 * 450mm and are stacked with two robotic arms. Our equipment offers two stacking methods: one is a cup sorting machine and the other is a robotic arm. Both stacking methods have their own advantages as follows:

1. Robot arm: Using a robot arm for stacking is more flexible. Our plastic cup thermoforming machine can not only produce plastic cups, but also disposable plastic products such as bowls, plates, lunch boxes, etc. Compared to cup sorting machines, choosing a robotic arm for stacking is the best choice if you want to use a plastic cup making machine to produce bowls and other products. However, during production, after each molding process, the robotic arm will stack them by grabbing, which takes longer time.

2. Cup sorting machine: It is a good choice for customers who want fast production speed and high output requirements. After the mold is formed during production, the equipment will be demolded by air, blown out, and then stacked by the cup sorting machine. Therefore, this stacking method greatly improves production speed. At the same time, the price of cup sorting machines is more cost-effective compared to robotic arms, but cup sorting machines can only be used when producing cups on plastic cup making machines.

Normally, our equipment is transported by sea. After the machine arrives at the customer's factory, we will send an engineer for installation and debugging, and to guide them on the maintenance and operation of the machine in the future.
