Electrical Configuration

Our equipment's electrical configuration only uses imported brands, such as German ELSTEIN heating elements, to reduce energy consumption and save electricity costs during the production process. We also use Siemens servo motors from Germany, with guaranteed quality.

Drive structure

Sinoplast’s thermoforming machine adopts a structure with a built-in eccentric wheel bending arm, and the plastic cup making machine adopts an eccentric wheel drive. These driving methods can improve the running speed and stability of the machine. Secondly, the quality will be more durable than other driving methods.

Mold Quality

A good mold is a crucial factor in producing high-quality products. Our molds are typically made from high-quality materials, such as aluminum for the cavity, copper for the cup bottom, and Steel 45# for the mold frame.

We also use stretching heads made from German-imported materials to reduce the occurrence of stretching patterns during production.
