Comprehensive Pre-sales and After-sales Services for Customer Success

Sinoplast offers comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services. Professional salespeople contact each customer. For new entrants to the industry, sales staff recommend machines for production needs. Before sales, they provide detailed product introductions with features, functions, specs, and advantages. Also offer production videos for intuitive understanding. Send samples for design team to draw sample drawings. After-sales includes warranty, replacement parts for confident purchase. Also collects feedback for product improvement.

Installation

After the machine arrives at the customer's factory, our company will send an engineer to the customer's factory for installation, and the customer will not be responsible for the installation fee within one week.

Training

After the engineer completes the debugging at the customer's factory, the customer can designate a person, and our engineer will provide training to them, such as relevant operations during machine operation, maintenance of the machine, disassembly of molds, and other related knowledge.

Accessories

In order to prevent the operator from damaging a certain part of the machine due to incorrect operation, Sinoplast will give customers some accessories such as heating tile electrical switches when the machine is shipped.

If there is any damage, please contact us to provide corresponding replacement methods for replacement.

Trial

After the production of Sinoplast's equipment, our engineers will use the customer's mold for debugging. Sales personnel will send videos of the machine running to the customer and also send the produced samples to the customer for confirmation. If the customer is not satisfied with the samples, we will modify the mold according to their requirements until the customer approves of the samples

Maintenance

Customers need to perform regular maintenance according to the maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer, such as checking whether each component has sufficient lubricating oil after long-term production. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly clean the important driving parts of the machine to prevent foreign objects from falling in and causing damage.
