The SPJ-130/33-900 PP/PS Sheet Extruder is equipped with 130mm screw. The working principle is to melt plastic particles, pass through the Screen changer, and extrude them into sheets through the die head. The output of the sheet machine is directly related to the diameter of the screw, and the larger the diameter of the screw, the higher the output. This model can produce up to 380kg-400kg/h, and the three-roll independent motor can provide more precise control and better cooling.
This plastic sheet extruder is suitable for sheet thickness of 0.3-2mm. The width of the sheet can be customized to match the die width.
