The PP/PS plastic sheet extruder is designed by Sinoplast specifically for producing 0.25mm-2.0mm PP/PS/PE sheets. The production capacity can be customized from 150kg/h to 800kg/hr, with different specifications and configurations. We also refer to it as a single screw PP/ PS plastic sheet extrusion production line. By using a large aspect ratio screw and an independent temperature control system, stable and good plasticizing performance and extrusion efficiency are ensured, avoiding cracking or uneven color of PP PS sheets during later thermoforming. PP/PS plastic sheet extruder is an economical customized equipment. The diameter of the rolling roller is adjusted according to the process requirements to provide sufficient cooling.
