Plastic Thermoforming Machine

The plastic thermoforming machine, also known as the multi-station thermoforming machine, is designed to reduce labor costs and stabilize production for high-yield, low-consumption products. Available in three-station and four-station models, the machine is ideal for producing disposable items like egg trays, meal boxes, cup lids, and fruit packaging.

 

It supports materials such as PP, PET, and PS, with larger forming plate sizes (780x540mm, 780x650mm) allowing for more cavities and higher output. The machine can reach speeds of up to 40 molds per minute with PET and 30 molds per minute with PP, depending on product depth and sheet thickness.

 

Featuring a new design concept and advanced control system, the Sinoplast thermoforming machine includes a save function for mold parameters. After initial setup and debugging, the machine stores the parameters for future use, enabling quick setup by simply pressing start.

Fully Automatic line integrates forming, punching, cutting, and stacking, reducing energy and labor costs.

Plastic Thermoforming Machine Main Features

The forming opening and closing actions of the thermoforming machine, as well as the feeding, cutting, and stacking, are all controlled by Siemens servo motors, which can achieve high-precision position and speed control and reduce the noise of the machine during operation.

Sinoplast thermoforming machine is equipped with a quick mold change function. The operator only needs to place the mold on the mold table and push it in, and press the one button lock button to complete the replacement. Compared to traditional machines, there is no need to manually align the upper and lower molds.

Fully automated production, sheet feeding to finished product stacking, completed in one online operation.

High speed: When using PET sheet for production, the maximum speed can reach 40 molds per minute, and when using PP sheet for production, the maximum speed can reach 30 molds per minute.

The heating element of the machine adopts German ELSTEIN brand heating tiles, which saves more energy in the production process.
