Plastic cup making machine is a specialized equipment for producing disposable plastic products such as cups, bowls, plates, etc. It can use materials such as PP, PS, PET for production. The Sinoplast plastic cup machine is mainly divided into two models. One is driven by three servo motors, located on the stretching, feeding, and lower mold tables respectively; Another type is driven by a single servo motor, located on the lower mold stage. Stretching is driven by a cylinder, while feeding is driven by a regular motor. Each model also has three different molding layouts: 760 * 320mm, 760 * 450mm, and 760 * 540mm.
For customers who want high output, they can choose our 760 * 540mm layout equipment. The larger molding layout allows the mold to accommodate more cavities. Of course, the operating speed of the equipment depends on the depth of the product that the customer wants to produce and the thickness of the sheet, because the deeper the product, the longer the required molding time. If the running speed is too fast, incomplete molding may occur.
In order to save energy in the production process of plastic cup machines, we usually provide two types of heating elements for customers to choose from, one is the heating element produced in China, and the other is the heating element from the German ELSTEIN brand. For customers in countries with high electricity prices, ELSTEIN heating elements can be chosen to save electricity costs during the production process.
To purchase a plastic cup making machine for production, a minimum area of 200 square meters is required. After the machine is transported to the customer's factory, we will send engineers to install and adjust it, and guide the customer in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Sinoplast's plastic cup-making machine is equipped with a total of three servo motors, located in the feeding, stretching, and lower die stage drives. Compared to cylinder stretching, using servo motor stretching not only reduces the formation of stretching patterns in the product but also makes adjustments more convenient.
