How to replace a multi-purpose mold of plastic cup making machine?

The plastic cup manufacturing machine can use materials such as PS, PP, and PET to produce disposable plastic cups, bowls, trays, and other products. To save costs when producing cups of different capacities, you can use multi-purpose molds. What is one mold for multiple purposes? It refers to designing a mold that can produce cups of different capacities and shapes while keeping the cup diameter constant. This allows manufacturers to switch between producing cups of different heights or capacities without the need to replace another set of molds, thereby reducing costs.

Firstly, you need to power on the plastic cup making machine and lower the upper mold stretching head. Then you can directly unscrew the stretching head and replace it with another pair of stretching heads. Secondly, you also need to use a wrench to loosen the screws at the position of the mold as shown in the figure below, remove it, and take out the fixing bolt. Then, you can take out the cavity inside the mold for replacement. Finally, you need to replace the white gasket on the lower mold table.
